Use and care: While stainless steel is virtually maintenance free, remember that the imbedded magnetic components are susceptible to corrosion and rust. It is recommended to keep your stretcher away from water or any strong agents, and dry them thoroughly if exposed to water or perspiration. Use plain alcohol for cleaning. Avoid pinching your skin when putting it on. Use the precautions you normally would with any magnetic device, keeping it away from credit cards, watches, etc.
