Tips for the best pumping experience: Before use: A penis ring may be placed around the base of the penis to slow the flow of blood out from the penis after the vacuum has ceased and the cylinder has been removed. This keeps the erection stable for a longer period of time. (Choose a ring size that provides a snug fit at the base of the shaft when erect, not a size that you would wear around your whole cock & ball package. One of our stainless steel head/shaft wire rings or classic wire rings would be good, or a nitrile or silicone ring.) First, lather the entire basin area well if you like to use lube (optional).
