We endeavor to keep all items and all sizes in stock. However, breaks in the supply chain can occur when there are delays with manufacturers, shippers or suppliers. Every product with variations has a drop-down on the product page that lists all the options and sizes currently available.

Privacy
We respect the privacy of our customers and clients, and we are committed to protecting it. All orders are shipped in secure, non-descript packaging with no indication of contents. We do not place our store or websitename or anything similar on the shipping label.
We do not sell or rent names, addresses or email addresses, and we will never share any ordering information with anyone outside our own company. As we accept payments only through our payments provider, we have no credit card information on file, nor are we able to access it at any time.

Payments
All major credit cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We have a secure server, and checkout is fast and easy. You will not be taken off site to complete your purchase. Payment through PayPal is also available by choosing that option at checkout.
Returns
We want you to be properly fitted and happy with your purchase. Let us know if there is any problem. We gladly exchange any metal ring or stretcher if you contact us within 7 days after receipt. We will provide a form with instructions to clean and package your item for return. There is a small fee equivalent to our additional handling and shipping cost.
For hygienic reasons we can not accept the return of any insertable items, leather straps, leather rings or any rubber or silicone products. Custom sized and custom personalized items are also non-returnable.
Underwear and all other garments, including leather harnesses, are not returnable once they have been tried on and made contact with skin. We require that any of these items be tried on over your own clean, unscented underwear.
Many of our products can readily absorb odors, making them non-returnable, so be sure you are not wearing any cologne or deodorant. All returned garments are closely examined and tested. We never put previously worn items back into our inventory. If an item doesn’t pass our inspection, we cannot accept it as a return.
Requests for refund of any returnable items will be honored if you contact uswithin 7 days after receipt for authorization. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of our initial shipping and handling.
