With sizes from 22½ to 40mm, you can wear one or more rings over the glans head, anywhere on your penile shaft or even around the testicles. A ring starts with a weight of 4 to 8 grams, depending on the size. Each ball is 10mm in diameter, adds 3 grams, and incrementally reduces the amount of space inside the ring. Keep that in mind when choosing your ring size. For example, if the maximum number of 9 balls were added to a 28mm ring, the inside diameter would be reduced to about 20mm.

Choose no more than the maximum number of balls for your ring size. If you choose a larger number, the extra balls will be included, but will not be on the ring! Our Custom Orbital Ball Rings are made in house and ship immediately. There’s no waiting time. UPDATE: A few users have reported that the balls can roll and pinch the skin. To eliminate this you might like the balls to be permanently placed where you want them on the ring. This has been accomplished by simply applying nail polish to the ring where you want the each ball positioned, then sliding the ring over that place and allowing it to set. Other bonding agents you can use are superglue and blue loctite. Avoid applying an agent anywhere on the ring or balls that would contact your skin, to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction or irritation.
