Shipping
Confirmation and Invoice
After placing your order, a confirmation notice will be emailed to you immediately. There will be a link to your invoice so you can view it at any time.
Shipping Notification
Many orders are shipped the same or next business day, but may require up to 3-4 business days. A shipping notification is sent when it has been processed. Custom made or engraved products ship separately and require additional time for processing. Most other products are stocked in our own warehouse and ship right away.
Tracking
A link to your tracking page is included with the shipping notification.

Privacy and Packaging
We use secure, non-descript packaging that does not show our website business names and has no indication of contents. Domestic US orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped by USPS International First Class Mail.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE to U.S. addresses on orders over $75.00. The discount is applied automatically. Canadian and international orders totalling $75.00 or more receive a deep discount, as shown on the chart below. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees levied by the authorities in your country. We are not able to determine if or what amount there might be in your case.
