Exchanges
We want you to be properly fitted and satisfied with your purchase.
Metal rings and stretchers may be exchanged if requested within 7 days of delivery. Contact us and we will provide cleaning and packaging instructions before authorizing the return.
An exchange fee applies, equivalent to our standard shipping and handling cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Insertable products
Leather straps or leather rings
Rubber or silicone products
Custom-sized or personalized items
Garments & Harnesses
Garments, underwear, and leather harnesses are not returnable once worn directly against the skin.
Please try garments on over clean, unscented underwear only.
Returned items are carefully inspected. We never place previously worn items back into inventory.
Refunds
Refund requests for eligible returnable items must be authorized within 7 days of delivery.
