The Protruder from NDS Wear is an enhancer, an athletic balls supporter and a comfortable cock strap, all in one versatile go-to garment.

It wraps around your package to lift you up and out. A velcro-adjustable strap allows you to customize the tightness to your liking for a confident look and feel. It also functions much like a cock ring, except the extra wide 1-3/8″ strap provides more forward thrust than would most rings.

Wear it anytime by itself, or under your clothes to maximize your profile. Or wear it over your cock ring for additional support and protrusion. It’s backless, so no annoying strap between the cheeks, and it’s made from a comfortable blend of 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Waist sizes S(28-30″), M(31-33″), L(34-35″) and XL(36-38″).
