When executed as a conventional cock ring, the flat side exerts some additional pressure on the dorsal vein. The smaller one(s) can be worn as a glans ring with the flat side against the frenulum to reap the benefit there.
These are welded at the center of the straight side, but smoothed out so there's no sharp edge. The wire diameter is from about 3mm to about 6mm, commensurate with the size of the ring. Limited quantities.
