Metal Weight, Secure Fit & Two Distinct Experiences
HMO Butt Plugs keep the choices straightforward: solid stainless steel for substantial weight and presence, or polished aluminum for a much lighter feel with a decorative finish.
Both collections use flared external bases for secure placement, but their weight, length, and overall character are very different.
Choose primarily by material, weight, length, and the amount of fullness you want.
Choose Your Style
⚓ Heavy Stainless Steel Butt Plugs
Solid stainless steel with serious weight.
These plugs share the same approximately 1.5-inch maximum diameter, so the progression is primarily about length and weight rather than increasing width.
Shorty — 2.25″ insertable · approximately 11 oz
Medium — 2.75″ insertable · approximately 13 oz
Extra Tall — 4.75″ insertable · approximately 22 oz
All three have a narrow neck of approximately 9/16″ and a secure flared base.
Best suited for: shoppers who want the unmistakable weight, solidity, and presence of polished stainless steel.
💎 Vertex Jeweled Aluminum Butt Plugs
Bright polished aluminum with dramatically less weight.
The Vertex collection provides a lighter alternative to solid stainless steel while adding a jewel set into the flared base.
Small — 2.25″ overall · 25mm maximum diameter · approximately 1.5 oz
Medium — 3.5″ overall · 32mm maximum diameter · approximately 3.5 oz
Large — 4.5″ overall · 32mm maximum diameter · approximately 5 oz
The Medium and Large share the same maximum diameter, so moving up primarily adds length and weight rather than additional width.
Best suited for: shoppers who prefer a lighter metal plug, longer wear, or a more decorative appearance.

📏 Bigger Doesn’t Always Mean Wider
These two collections illustrate an important point about choosing a butt plug: size is more than diameter.
Within the Heavy Stainless Steel series, all three sizes reach approximately the same maximum width. Moving from Shorty to Extra Tall instead changes the amount of length and weight.
The Vertex series works similarly at the upper end: Medium and Large share the same maximum diameter, while the Large adds more length and weight.
That means you can increase presence without necessarily increasing maximum width.
🎯 Choosing Between Stainless Steel & Aluminum
Choose stainless steel when weight itself is an important part of the experience.
Choose aluminum when you want the feel and finish of metal without carrying nearly as much weight.
Neither is automatically the more advanced choice. The better option depends on the combination of diameter, length, weight, and wear time that feels right for you.
🧼 Use & Care
Use plenty of appropriate lubricant
Insert slowly and never force against resistance
Keep the flared base fully outside the body
Increase size, depth, or weight gradually
Clean thoroughly before and after use
Stop with sharp pain, numbness, bleeding, or unusual discomfort
