The Stepper combines a graduated urethral profile with vibration for a distinctly different sounding experience.
Its 3¾-inch insertable section progresses through three diameters — 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm — creating changing contact as each step advances. Built from polished surgical stainless steel, the Stepper measures approximately 7½ inches overall and is powered by a single AAA battery.
A custom zippered storage case is included, along with the battery.

I received this today and have to say it is very well made and quite powerful. This is the stepped version, with the largest section a little over ¼ inch, so take your time and work up gradually to the full insertion depth of about 3 inches. I recommend using sterile lubricant, cleaning it thoroughly after use, and removing the battery before storing it in the included zippered pouch. A great piece that should provide a lot of enjoyment for a long time.
