Custom SS Quad Cock and Ball Cage

The Stainless Steel Quad is a pleasure powerhouse, providing a thrilling stretch and dynamic support all the way around. It’s similar to the Triple Cage, but also uniquely splits the balls, each into a separate ring. The stimulating effect is amplified by two double ring stacks – a double ring stack against the body, and another double ring stack at the base of the penis.

There are two ball rings, so the diameter size you choose will be the same for each of the two rings. The ball rings should be just big enough to pop each testicle through without discomfort, but small enough to hold them tightly in place.

This cage works for most, but works best with balls that already have some hang. Remember, with custom sizing (144 possible configurations) you are sure to get the perfect fit you need. Choose each of the three options from the drop down boxes.
